影片改編自鄭執原著小說《被我弄丟兩次的王斤斤》。
2010年夏天，高考考場上，白曉宇（檀健次 飾）第一次遇見王斤斤（張婧儀 飾），就把她給“弄丟”了。
四年後，他們在畢業季的求職人潮中意外重逢，然後相戀。
2018年，相識八年、相愛五年的他們站在婚姻的門前躊躇不前了。
他們彼此相愛卻又難逃現實的重重羈絆，白曉宇會再一次 弄丟王斤斤嗎……
