日前，Showtime已經續訂了“無恥之徒”第五季，劇中大姐扮演者Emmy Rossum接受采訪時談及自己在第五季中的角色Fiona：“她的生活將會越來越糟糕，但是什麽時候好起來還是個未知數，或許永遠不會。本劇改編至英國同名電視係列劇，美國Showtime電視網製作，並由英國原創Paul Abbott操刀.美國版沒有對原作角色大動刀土，第三個孩子Ian的同性戀性向也被保留，但美國版已發展出不同於英版的情節。
