1975 劇情簡介：文革期間，共產主義勞動大學在江西省某山區成立。“抗大”老幹部龍國正（郭振清 飾）被派到鬆山分校任黨委書記兼校長。當時，兩條路線的鬥爭非常激烈，圍繞辦學姓“社”還是姓“資”展開激烈討論，地委趙副專員（鮑烈 飾）支持副校長曹仲和（陳穎 飾）把學校建在城郊，而地委副書記唐寧（ 溫錫瑩 飾）則站在龍國正一邊，支持他們把學校建在山上。資產階級思想嚴重的教務主任孫子清（葛存壯 飾），認為工農出身的青年沒資格上大學，氣憤的龍國正抓起江大年（李世江 飾）的手宣布：“這手上的老繭就是資格！”他聘請老貧農參予學生入學評議，堅持開門辦學。肩負著社會主義使命的龍國正，麵對種種困難和不滿，能否當好這個校長呢......
