因失眠而煩惱的高中男生中見邂逅了有同樣煩惱的伊咲。 放學後，在現已成為倉庫的學校天文台， 轉瞬即逝的睡眠後，一段共有秘密的奇妙關係開始了…… 讀著讀著就會開心地笑起來，然後和他們一同陷入恬靜的睡眠中。 同時也直接描繪了男生女生從友情到戀情的青澀。 “你的不眠之夜一定也有其意義。”
