香港某大銀行被人搶劫，嫌犯是一對親兄妹。在逃跑的途中，哥哥劫持了一輛旅遊車做為人質，善良的妹妹不忍看到有人被殺，便於哥哥混在人質中，從警方的視線裏消失了。可是在之後的逃亡中，大哥突然獸心大發，見人就殺。最終，警方能否將凶犯捉拿歸案。
