公司小職員梁景祥（黃又南 飾）為人懦弱，是個時常受氣的角色。這日他為公司奔赴某村收地，不料路上被幾個惡人暴打，幸有羅新門高徒林良淳（梁小龍 飾）出手相救。梁景祥感佩良淳，追索至羅記茶樓試圖拜其為師。羅新門羅新師傅（泰迪羅賓 飾）三十年前名動武林，但因在一次比武中不幸中風昏迷至今，導致羅新門敗落，隻有首徒陳德成（陳觀泰 飾）與林良淳二人勉力維係一門生計，昔日武館也早已淪為茶樓。 梁景祥的到來，激起了羅新門與龐青（陳慧敏 飾）一派的舊日恩怨；更因特殊身份卷入了羅新門與開發商的衝突。混亂中，昏迷的羅新師傅突然醒轉，老師傅的第一個重要決定，便是參加由龐青主辦的擂台比賽……
