在一個傍山的小鎮，某天鎮上的中學轉來一個名叫川上富江（鬆本莉緒 飾）的女孩，她擁有世間罕見的絕美容貌以及神秘銷魂的攝人魅力，班上所有的男生都被她的美貌所折服，理所當然她也遭到所有女同學的憎恨，隻有鬆原禮子（今宿麻美 飾）成為富江唯一的朋友。不久，男生們全部有如鬼魂附體一般成為富江的奴仆，富江靠著她的美麗成為了這個班級的獨裁者。漸漸，男生女生為了富江幾近瘋狂，他們相信富江一定是魔鬼化身。在一個月黑風高的夜裏，男生女生在高木老師（森下能幸 飾）的帶領下殺害並且肢解了富江。殊不知富江擁有無窮無盡的再生魔力……
本片根據伊藤潤二的同名係列恐怖漫畫改編。
