東京近郊一間屋被傳是陰森鬼屋，說但凡拜訪者進入，都會離奇斃命或神秘失蹤。傳說當年該屋的主人曾因突至的狂性大發斬死妻子，爾後自殺，其6歲的兒子從此失蹤，至今下落不明，鬼屋自此怨氣衝天，每一位到訪者都會在瞬間被恐怖籠罩。
大學女生理佳（奧菜惠）因做義工無意間闖入該屋，在遍尋不著要照顧的老人後，她於無意間瞥見一個神秘詭異男孩，但轉眼男孩又失蹤。自此，諸多恐怖怪事開始接二連三在理佳身上發生，其身邊的親朋好友也一一受到牽連。
